With the Telecoms industry covering  manufacturers, network operators and users and with organisations ranging from small local businesses through to major internationally recognised corporates, Phil recognises the diverse needs of the industry. Having worked with all sectors of the industry, and having the experience of leading bid teams for major projects he is comfortable providing support across the industry. To users requiring support on major projects, to operators for market planning and vendor selection and to manufacturing industry for strategic planning, product management and market analysis.
Phil provides his services part time for as many days each month as are required, or on a project by project basis. He is willing to take an advisory role or to take hands-on responsibility for some or all of the commercial activities, depending on the needs of the business. Where a business needs access to additional resources, Phil has a network of contacts covering such areas as:
