His approach is to listen and understand, to draw out the strong points and work on the weak ones, to input experience where relevant and to act as a mentor.  Phil provides his services part time for as many days each month as are required. He is willing to take an advisory role or to take hands-on responsibility for some or all of the commercial activities, depending on the needs of the business. Where a business needs access to additional resources, Phil has a network of contacts covering such areas as: Ø             legal and financial services Ø             general promotional material, including leaflets and brochures Ø             web design Ø             event planning Ø             exhibition services Ø             PR Ø             product management and sales training
